I’ve been around for 46 years. Ive played many sports over my lifetime. I’ve trained hard, really hard during that time yet today, this ‘Morning ride’ was THE hardest exercise that I’ve EVER done! To average 130bpm over 3+ hours and to climb 940+m is the best indicator for how it felt cos I don’t have any words for it!!
