Just a beautiful area of Rothrock! with a fun trail. Good flow, and had a blast riding with my friend on the dueling down hill section...

Wow! What a fun trail both directions! It's rocky at spots but well placed rocks. Just follow the rock armor, it's intentionally laid to keep you going! Sure does beat the gravel road!

Rode it both ways today and it's a fun, flowing trail either way. Nice reroute. Did see some bear scat and a couple turkeys!

Trail Brush Ridge Extension
I've done both directions, but prefer the DH version. I can confirm it's very wet in spring!

Trail Deer Tick Trail
Should add the viewpoint to the trail. 300 ft walk off the upper part of the trail.

Trail Shitaka Trail
Trail starts of a little slow in direction shown and seems uneventful. But it picks up speed and gets more fun with flowy descents and turns through some rock gardens and roots.

Starting from Chestnut Spring, ride this down and pair with Brush Ridge Extension. Makes for a fun really long, flowy downhill!

Trail Shitaka Trail
I like this trail as part of a quick loop riding in the opposite direction.

Trail Chestnut Spring
I love this descent. Turn left on to brush ridge and then keep going down, cross the gravel, and go down some more on extension.

I usually ride this in the opposite direction - easier rock gardens than most of rothrock but still interesting

A challenging but doable climb. I actually enjoy it.

Trail Chestnut Spring
Pretty tough climb from Cooper's Gap Rd, but a fun downhill on the other side.

Trail Dutch Alvin
Rode this as a climb from upper entrance. Not too bad of a climb, but challenging in spots. Would be pretty fun downhill.

Trail Chicken Peter
Pretty rocky on the eastern side. Western side is less rocky but still has a couple chunky sections. Found this trail tougher than Lingle Valley, even though Lingle Valley is rated black (probably for the one steep downhill section).
