Transition 1 --> Lost lake to Pink hwy to Stage 1

Stage 1 --> Windfall

Transition 2 --> Windfall to Stage 2

Stage 2 --> Jekyll

Transition 3 --> Lost lake to Spring bypass to Windfall to Middle Connector to Stage 3

Stage 3 --> Heckle

Finish your ride at the Stewart Road East parking lot.
