 90% of this route are on trails that bikes aren't allowed on. 25-30% of route is hike a bike, unless you're some form of trials rider. Personally I'd love to get back permission to ride these trails but it's probably best to let things evolve. Avoid this route until the tide and times change for the better. Plenty of places to ride within a 20 minute drive.
