High Point

Counter-clockwise is definitely the preferred direction to ride this loop from the Crystal Lake camground. The climb to Grandview Point is graded well for the most part, and the view is worth the climb. From Grandview to West Peak, nearly all of the trail is rideable, but expect some stretches of hike-a-bike depending on your fitness. The turnoffs to the major ice caves are signed, and they are definitely worth the visit. The decent is incredibly fun old-school technical riding. Lots of rocks and rubble in the upper half, and below the last right-hand switchback the trail is littered with root steps.
