A great introduction to mountain biking in Muskoka. Start with a steady climb up the Green Trail and Pavilion Trail. This is a physically difficult climb but don't get discouraged, fun awaits at the top.

After you finish the Pavilion Trail, you will reach the main "Meeting Rock Trail Hub" and there is a trail map and a few options. This route shows taking The Spine up to Muskoka Flow which will finish back at the same hub.

You can also venture onto The Tub or take the HV DHR Connection trail down to Hidden Valley.

If you choose to stick to the route, after completing the Spine and Muskoka Flow, take the Pavilion Trail in "reverse" back down to Deerhurst.
