This is a guide only and you ride at your own risk. Wear all the kit including a helmet. Ride with a partner.

A nice loop that starts from Glen Helen and allows you to ride the first offroad sections of the E2E course. It starts at Glen Helen and goes on the TT road course to Ballaugh Bridge. A steep road climb from Ballaugh gets you up to the E2E course. You then ride down to checkpoint 1. From here its a swooping twisty ride until riding down to Glen helen through the forest. I chose this way rather than the technical Dowse, the E2E race route to Ballacraine is out of bounds. Take care on the roads and I would do this ride with a partner as its out in the middle of the Island.
