Overgrown vegetation. But it's low stuff, and not the tall grabby bushes. Is difficult to see some rocks and stumps though making parts fairly slow going on the downhill.

This “trail” is crappy. It’s just an old double track that is so severely overgrown that the entrance is basically invisible and the rest of it is knee high grass and you can’t see what’s under your tires. The access from Chase overlook was awesome. This was a huge letdown to descend back to Heron Park via this trail.
