Use Midmountain as the linking highway. The route goes up Boulder but TDS or Team Big Bear work equally well. Take T&G back to Midmountain, up CMG to Thayne's access road, up the road to Apex, up Apex, down Jupiter access road to Keystone, down Keystone the up to Tommy's Two Step, down Tommy's to Midmountain and back to Empire via Midmountain.
