This section runs across the old track which linked the city of Almería with Énix.
The first 8 kilometres pass over a narrow asphalted path running towards the country houses and plots of land in the area, for this reason the traffic is virtually zero, and the few vehicles we meet will probably be farming ones.
We will be traveling for the Valley of Énix until we started to climb for a little and narrow mountain pass, after that pass it started the sloping down by ground trail to Almería provincial capital.
In the descent, we´ll be enjoying landscapes of spectacular beauty of Almería provincial capital, Cabo de Gata ('Cape of Gata') and, of course, the sea. By the way, we must be specially careful, because the trail has stony and loose zones.
