Route that begins in the Estanquinhos ( Paul da Serra trail ) with a crosscountry route of low vegetation, with a lot of flat, some ascent and slight descents until arriving at Bica da Cana, 1km after the Bica da Cana, begins the DH, first always in roads of fire, later to enter In the track Vacas, famous track of the video of the Bruni, trail fast and technical with spectacular views of the valley of Tabua. When reaching the end of the trail, go to the left of the fire road, long and fast fire road, full of stone, slippery when wet, reaches speeds.
When it reaches the end of the fire road, it enters regional road in rural area with very green of the agricultural lands, descend to the sea level on the main road.

heavily overgrown vegetation (very spiky gorse) not viable at end of first third and in middle section. Didn't try the last third anymore....
