The Chain Reaction Cycles Emerald Enduro presented by Biking.ie will host the 2nd Round of the 2015 Enduro World Series from the 22nd to the 24th of May in the stunningly beautiful surroundings of Carrick Mountain in the Wicklow Hills, also known as the 'Garden of Ireland'. The best bike riders in the world will complete seven timed technical downhill stages, in a rally style format called 'Enduro'. The rider with the fastest combined stage times on day shall be crowned the winner. Several thousand spectators and dozens of international journalists, photographers and film crews will descend on County Wicklow to witness the most spectacular biking event Ireland has ever hosted.

Detailed Description

EWS #2 2015 Emerald Enduro is a 29 mile black race route located near Glenealy. This mountain bike only route can be used one direction and has a hard overall physical rating. This route includes 14 trails. This route climbs 5,203 ft with a max elevation of 1,215 ft then descends -5,189 ft.
