Danger on the Cliffs at Seaford Head Golf Course where the cliffs have subsided

Starts at a great pub the Tigers Inn at East Dean (with plenty of parking) it takes riders through
Friston Forest the easy route but more gifted riders can try the numerous famous branch off
trails. Once through, the route quickly takes you through Alfriston and up to the South Downs Way then breaks off towards Seaford Golf club and down round the outside of Seaford to the beach, it then goes along the sea front to the cliffs and over to Cuckmere estuary and up the Cuckmere to the tavern
and back up Friston Forest and out to the 'Field of Joy' and down to the Tiger Inn to finish for a welcome refreshment.
