Found a water bottle on near the bottom of Severed D today. White with some read with the Cooperwilliams Law. Left it at Old Buck parking lot under the sign shelter

Would probably just take the road up instead. After the Baden Powell and especially after the power line trail it is almost impossible unless you are a very good climber.

It’s either not a green climb or it’s in very bad shape. I went with a begginer able to clear all good sir martin climb, but had to walk this one.

Rode a section of this today for the first time. Climbed GSM and wanted to get to Forever After, so we took Baden Powell. BP to Severed D was pretty fun. More black than blue, in my opinion. From Severed towards Forever it got even steeper and more treacherous. You've been warned!

Trail C-Buster
This trail joining to Asian Adonis is a blue in my opinion, the section that splits off from Asian is extremely steep, with large roots, rock, very tight sections. No room to recover from a error, high probability of injury. In my opinion the second half is beyond double black.

Lost a pair of Black Oakleys here July 11 2021. It would be rad if someone found them!

I’m an intermediate/blue-trail rider; can fairly comfortably ride John Deer... wanting to work my way up to easier blacks. If I wanted to ride Asian Adonis, what’s the top section of this trail like, from Baden Powell to the entrance of Asian? Some of the comments here have me a little anxious, like this is black-pushing-doubleblack trail, closer to Boogieman than John Deer so I don’t wanna get on something that’s outta my league... but would give Asian Adonis a go!

I’m mainly a mountain biker but today I went up hiking with my dog looking for my garmin I lost yesterday and getting way out of the way of the incoming bikers. To this guy that told me to get off the trail I say( and I do wish he reads this)
GO « F » yourself!!! The only reason I said nothing to him today was because my son was with me. I love this trail and I also volunteered on it few years back. But remember riders, it’s not only for us bikers, hikers are allowed also.
Cheers

I’m mainly a mountain biker but today I went up hiking with my dog looking for my garmin I lost yesterday and getting way out of the way of the incoming bikers. To this guy that told me to get off the trail I say( and I do wish he reads this)
GO « F » yourself!!! The only reason I said nothing to him today was because my son was with me. I love this trail and I also volunteered on it few years back. But remember riders, it’s not only for us bikers, hikers are allowed also.
Cheers

Trail Old Buck
A bit stiff, but also the fastest ride to the top of corkscrew or CBC, IMO. Good Sir Martin is more twisty and detours out of the way, and straight up Buck cuts off a loop on Mtn. Highway. GSM is good for the second lap, since you are already over near Academy, etc.

We should really adopt the New Zealand trail grading system in Canada. It bridges the gap nicely between between 'hard blue's' and 'easy black's'. Windrock Bike Park, TN. Adopted the NZ grading system in the past year as well. It makes sense. Here's what it would look like:

NZ Trail Grading System:

Grade 1 - White (Easiest)
Grade 2 - Green (Easy)
Grade 3 - Blue (Intermediate)
Grade 4 - Dark Blue (Advanced)
Grade 5 - Black (Expert)
Grade 6 - Double Black (Extreme)
Grade 7 - Pro Line (Extremely Dangerous)
