Steep sections both climbs and descents. Some rocky outcrops.

This route is approximately 10km and starts with a nice climb. You are rewarded with a refreshing descent on "Upper Doug Daws" A gentle climb will take you to lava flow lookout point. A sweeping view of Kamloops Lake, the airport, the North and South Thompson Rivers. From there you drop into Mesa Loop. Some steep sections. May require to push you bike uphill for a bit. A nice wrap around back to the main parking lot. 9.8km total.
