Yes the stories are true: trails at Glorieta Adventure Camps are hard! This route, though, encompasses some of the more accessible and fun routes inside the camp, utilizing the new connector offering year-round access to these world-class trails.

Parking at the trailhead on Highway 50 with the Camp's admin buildings, you will follow the Baptist Bypass trail to connect to the Green Trail which provide access to the various other rides.

You will climb Snack Pack, an uphill series of switchbacks that ends at the start of Chili Dog and Holy Mole. Holy Mole is an excellent flow trail with optional jumps and gaps, but still fun for nearly every rider. Grins are guaranteed.

After Holy Mole, you connect near the big red barn back to the Green Trail before hopping on the Ruiz Canyon double track. Follow the route to the top of 30 Acre trail, which is a ripper fast descent into Ruiz Canyon. Ruiz Canyon trail continues as it narrows up with some fun rock features and creek crossings.

After finishing these trails, cut through camp back to the cars via the entrance road or back the way you came along the Green Trail and Baptist Bypass.
