Gluttons for Punishment (Advanced) by Wild Sun Adventures - 25.5 miles in length.

This is going to hurt so good. A loop tour of some the Cuyuna Lakes Mountain Bike Trails with an emphasis on the climbs. Covering nearly 100% of the trail mileage, this route takes everywhere you need to go. This route can be much more challenging that its mileage might suggest, so it truly in a route for those looking for challenge. It is possible to bail at several points in the route and take the paved trail back to True North Basecamp if you are worried about bonking.

A route that includes the every major hill and body of water in the main system. There isn't a hidden gem you won't find waiting for you. Bring a camera as this route hits every picture spot in the system.

Route also provides access to the city of Crosby, the city of Ironton, the Rally Center, the Portsmouth Campground and the Cuyuna Lakes State Trail (paved).
