      Overall, GM is in decent shape. Chundery in spots with minor erosion (small ruts developing, loose cobbles). Still probably one of the easiest trails in Gold Canyon for the beginner, which it was intended to be. It's not without a couple punchy climbs. Wooden bridge still in good condition. **ALSO** Just a helpful word, I hope. What some incorrectly refer to as "Gold Mine" is the "Lost Goldmine Trail." It runs from west to east between Cloudview parking area and the Peralta Trail parking area (or vice versa). "GM" = Gila Monster. I hope this clears up some confusion that at least one other post expresses.
