"The Sweat" is the second day of the Golden Ultra. This is the queen stage with the most vertical and the best single track. You'll be covering just less than 60 km of distance, 2950 m of elevation, and one giant loop.

Called the "aesthetic line on the mountain" this course is devilishly tough but also stunningly beautiful, with more than 15 km of ridge running.

Detailed Description
Golden Ultra Sweat 2021 is a 36 mile expert race route located near Golden British Columbia. This trail running only route. This route includes 7 trails. This route climbs 8,221 ft with a max elevation of 7,825 ft then descends -8,219 ft.
