This trail has some good potential. I encountered a few down trees but most importantly it needs reblazed, I found myself off trail a few times as the blue blazes have all but faded in some of the most important areas(turns/switchbacks/intersections). There is a footpath straying to the actual knob that appears frequented enought that it fooled me for the actual loop trail. The bottom section is not suitable for riding until the Rhododendron has been cut back, otherwise interesting and potentially fun alternative or addition to the popular Longdale Furnace ridge ride.
