The 1st Bench loop is a fantastic adventure with rolling hills, wilderness and beautiful views. The Old Potter’s Trail takes the rider into a hidden valley, it’s an adventure in its self. Next is The Real+Simple climb which offers an easy ascent to the top jeep track and view point from 1st Bench. After all the climbing comes the fast and fun Bone Shaker descent.

Directions:
Facing the Hub+Spoke, follow the LIGHT BLUE arrow RIGHT taking you down the road and out of town onto the dirt R406. Once you cross the Gobos River follow the LIGHT BLUE arrow LEFT, you're set to go.

Note: At 3,8kms you will find a junction point with two options. A LIGHT BLUE arrow pointing LEFT keeping you on the trail to 1st Bench and a GREEN LINK arrow pointing straight. This LINK option allows the rider to descend to the Sandpit on the GREEN Route - for an easier route home.
