The trail is also popular by hikers. Nearby are the General Wille Haus (SAC hut) and the Naturfreunde Olten hut on the Rumpelweide. It should also be noted that the trail crosses an official firing range of the Swiss army. The trail is then closed by a shooting guard.

Detailed Description
Homberglücke is a 1 mile less popular intermediate route located near Hauenstein-Ifenthal. This mountain bike primary route can be used both directions. This route climbs 224 ft with a max elevation of 2,967 ft then descends -472 ft.
