Il percorso gara per questa II edizione del MTB Day prevede un circuito di circa 6km da ripetere 3 volte. Dalla partenza nello scenario pittoresco del Parco dei Mulini si passerà velocemente sul lungomare per sgranare un po' le posizioni di gruppo e poi iniziare la salita verso il paese. La primissima parte della salita sarà su asfalto per raggiungere uno dei trail più versatili del Calabria Bike Resort, il trail nr.12 (Hydra); un primo tratto quasi pianeggiante porta al primo tornante e da lì in poi la salita diventa più dura. A metà salita si incontra un duro tornante tutto su roccia da affrontare con le giuste linee, che porta i biker nella seconda parte della salita leggermente più agevole ad eccezione di un ripido finale. 400 metri su asfalto in leggera discesa, faranno rifiatare per poi prendere su un misto lastricato/asfalto gli ultimi 150 metri di salita che saranno anche il rettilineo finale. La discesa inizia con un breve sterrato che diventa lastricato attraversando il centro del paese. Pendenze molto accentuate nell'ultimo chilometro di discesa su un selciato molto sconnesso che non darà molto tempo agli atleti per riprendere le forze.
