Bel giro, lungo ma molto remunerativo nella discesa: bel trail facile nella parte iniziale (pochi gradoni, occhio ai sassi sotto l'erba), birra intermedia alla malga pramosio, poi la discesa diventa molto entusiasmante (e non solo per la birra...) dalla malga in giù, quasi un bike park. Tracciato fattibile anche con bici da XC, meglio se full.
Unica considerazione: poco dopo la cima del monte paularo, c'è un primo tratto di discesa a cui segue risalita su sentiero con portage (non si riesce sempre a spingere la bici), poi giù "a plen tubo".
Consiglio di farla quando non fa caldo, quindi inizio giugno (occhio a neve residua sul versante a nord e/o in ombra) o dopo agosto, altrimenti la salita sulla mulattiera fino in cima ti incenerisce.
