Intro to Lower Fromme is a 3 mile popular intermediate route located near North Vancouver British Columbia. This mountain bike only route and has a moderate overall physical rating. This route includes 8 trails. This route climbs 800 ft with a max elevation of 1,295 ft then descends -849 ft.

Top bridge volume II complete!! One of the old stringers was broken so we replaced it and found several other issues along the way. This reboot is solid and ready for riding! Just like its predecessor it’s a roller; but that depends how fast you’re going when you hit it!!
