The desert is unforgiving. Water and Stan's, Don't leave home with out them.

Brown’s Ranch Trails will give you a bugs-in-teeth grin as you carve turns on groomed desert singletrack. Leave your big travel bike and gears at home. It’s back to basics at Brown’s.

Brown’s Ranch is mostly a low-to-no tech riding adventure where you can roll through the desert at a good pace covering more miles than you thought possible by sunset. The trailheads have great maps and the place is signed very well. My advice for first timers to BR is the following 15 mile loop...

Quite a few ruts....but there is plenty of room along the sides of em'. Deep dips at the bottoms are wearing in.

Bit slippery on the middle segment because of the sand build up on the corners. Fast and flowy on the bottom 1/3rd. One of the best trails to end a ride on, connect it to the west half of Maverick for some extra flow. Do watch out, recent rain knocked down lots of Cholla and other cactus burs onto the trail.
