A common favourite around these parts, start by dropping down through Bear Valley, then rise up Stone Free until you get to Twisted Sister. Rip down the mountain on Twisted Sister and Crash of '08 to the road, then continue on down Black Powder and Cosens Bay Express down to the beach, with the option of taking Freaky Creeky as a detour. Then come back up and out on Gingerly!

This route incorporates some of Kal Park's most popular trails, while allowing you to chill out at Cosens Bay Beach near the end of your ride, which everybody loves!
