Some of the main stages you can ride during "Enduro de la Semoy" race which occure every year in the middle of June.

The idea whith this route was to ride 10 stage in one day, mainly in the same area (between "Naux" and "Les Hautes rivières"). More than 5 hours on the bike, 55 kilometers, 2300m up and down.

This route is build to always be around Naux car park near the river, in order to go back to the car to refuel snack and water.

The only stage rode 2 times is "La S"

Warning : this route inclued many technical / steep stages, which need decent riding skills, and also good fitness because of total climbing. Also, some stage can be pretty scketchy if muddy.

Beginning is a real mess because of woodworking. Also, you have to differents ending (Old and New one). Use the old one (which goes on the right) because the new ending is not maintenant and it ends in a fenced
