Detailed Description
Lower Fromme Circuit is a 4 mile popular intermediate route located near North Vancouver British Columbia. This mountain bike only route can be used one direction and has a moderate overall physical rating. This route includes 16 trails. This route climbs 768 ft with a max elevation of 1,420 ft then descends -1,214 ft.
