Starts off end end where the map is
strrts off straight and over Prestegårsveien,and over untill the cross road then you turn left, with a slight uphill you will see a left turn which will be a fast downhill,which you can get up to 43+km/h If you dare to do so, and then a right turn and qutie flat, and then a slight downhill with uphill after few meters, then you are on a turnaround,and you turn left(signed),and follow the sign then you will be near a other cross road after turn right(signed, with '' Løype retning(rout direction) then its a sligth downhill and up hill with a onother crossroad turn right and a long straight until you come to a trinagle crossroad, ride past it then go straight a head down and you will and follow the gravel path and over the road again and you end up where the map is, and that's it.

      Litt vått, med små vannpytter opp fra undergangen, vått opp etter svingen, gjørmete opp langs den lengre oppover strekningen, mulig å sykle forsiktig hvis man velger riktig linje,hvis ikke ødelegger man stien. reporter
