Maah Daah Hey (IMBA Epic) is a 95 mile moderately popular intermediate route located near Dickinson North Dakota. This mountain bike only route. This route includes 22 trails. This route climbs 9,841 ft with a max elevation of 2,715 ft then descends -10,434 ft.

Physically demanding due to roughness of the trail and steep climbs. Better riding a little further north.

Great section of the mdh. Much south of here and it’s cow trails.

Whoooaaa!!! The trail stops at mike marker 137 where it enters the wilderness. Don’t go past bennet creek campground.

This section of mdh is not much more than cow trails. Not too scenic and poor Trail bed. Avoid if you can.

Whoooooaaaa! Coming from the south the mdh Trail stops at the wildernesses boundry which is at mile marker 137. Don’t go past Bennett river crossing. Btdt.

This trail lives up to the definition of EPIC. If you want to experience it at it's best I would definitely ride it during or just after the Maah Daah Hey 100 in August. The race organizers do an amazing job of ensuring the trail is at it's best.

You will experience everything that back country mountain biking has to offer and test yourself to your limits on this one.
