Malmont - Le Flow
Une boucle de difficulté technique de type Bleu.
Distance: 6.8 Kms pour 240m de denivelé.

La premiere partie du circuit vous amenera derriere les antennes ou une vue a 360° s'offrira a vous. D'un cote le massif des Maures, la mer et de l'autre le plan de Canjuers avec les montanes en arriere plan.
La seconde partie ira en direction du point sommital du Malmont à 604m avant de redescendre en direction du parking via un sentier tout en flow entre les arbres qui arrivera sur l'ancienne voie romaine.
