This is a fairly easy loop starting and ending at McGhie's Bike outpost. Trails are in very good condition, with some big rocks and tree routs. There are also some sections that are very tight. If you never did this loop before, leave a little earlier than you would normally do in order to give some extra time to yourself for a break and take some pictures along the way. Scenery is desertous, mountainous and beautiful. WARNING: "Black Velvet" section is extremely rocky.

Great ride! Thanks for putting this one together. Really enjoyed the addition of just enough black diamond trail in the last half. “Black Velvet” is a great challenge and very fun.

Rode most of this route and it was great thank you! Steady incline over an hour and a half that barely felt like an incline because it was lots of shorts ups and fun little downs. First time riding in the area and was a fun intro. A workout but not too much of a workout and a long fun downhill for most of the second half.
