Holy shit, riding this trail wet was the worst mistake I have ever made mountain biking. If you can clean all the optional rolls you are a psychopath.

Trail Boney Elbows
Great trail. A bit harder than Room With A View and a good warm up for In and Out Burger. If you can ride all the slabs slowly and in control you should be good on In and Out..

Considering this is the only way to/from Alice Lake the northshores really should be wider to allow disabled or people coming back from injury to use it.

Yeah. Too bad to see it was just rebuilt and I’m not sure it is 36” wide or wide enough for adaptive bikes. Maybe it is and just feels narrower with all the snow on it. (Crossed fingers)

Fantastic double black trail. Worth the climb/push up. One long slab section with multiple lines. More dirt, less slabs than other trails in area but the dirt sections are steep, rooty, and have fun corners to navigate, prime techy jank. Flows easily into

I rode this the other day after being away for 4 years. I may be remembering wrongly, but the top half (before the connector to other trails) seemed a lot more eroded and “techy” than before. Not that this is necessarily a bad thing but it is definitely tougher.

Ridden most places in BC and can say this is not a single black, cream puff in pemberton is much more of a single black in comparison (with double black optional lines). A single black is Rupert, Pamplemousse and entrails. I went into this trail thinking it was a single black and had to walk 90% of it.

An awesome legacy ride. This is a 2 way trail, but only
room for one in the long bridge over the bog. Eyes open and show respect. Don’t taking the bridge when others are already mid-span.

Trail Hueso
There’s a pretty big debate wether this trail is single or double black, as someone who’s ridden the vast majority of Squamish trails, this trail is definitely a double black anywhere else but compared to other Squamish gnar it’s not on the difficult end, personally hueso earns its double black name because of some the mandatory slabs, but it’s definitely the easiest double black in Squamish. But rating doesn’t matter because it is an awesome slab trail and is super fun

Trail Entrails
Such an amazing trail! The top part is a bit cross-country with some tricky root, rock, and log riding but then it gets into full on rock slabs that are terrifying at first but definitely doable after a look and some sessioning. Other trail favorites in Squamish are:

Riding really well right now. Lots of great double black features with a couple of really hardcore options thrown in for those who want that. No deadfall, no leaves, roots a little greasy (it's Nov 2nd!), but it's great currently.

What's that line off to the left like? Worth checking out, or partially overgrown for a reason?

I built it. The left line goes no problem, but the center line and right line are better. Worth doing for the hell of it one day for fun.

Thanks.
By 'left line' are you referring to the random line up top that appears to circumnavigate the rock face, or the left line of the pair that go straight down the rock face? I was referring to the line that appears to go left of the entire rock face.

If this a single black trail, it is the hardest black trail I have ever done. No ride arounds and falling on some of those rock faces spell disaster. My dad broke his shin bone on this trial. However Treasure Trail is on another level...tough call in terms of rating.

Epic trail! Legitimate double black trail with steep rock rolls, drops, a few gaps, and some woodwork. Starts with a mix of short punchy climbs mixed with rock rolls before hitting the real steeps. There are ride arounds, but they're challenging as well.

Trail Entrails
Cory McKay and Derek Romanin actually built Entrails circa '97 when it exited on Mashiter just above rollercoster in a ditchy finish. Hoping to find the pic we took on opening day nailing in the cedar sign to post. Jim definitely put icing on it with the new finish and a shitload of work keeps it flowing thanks to the awesome trail crews in Squ'ish!

Kinda disagree. Double blacks should be reserved for pretty heavy trails. Hueso is one of my all-time favourites but it's not that hard. Kinda think it should be returned to single black status. Or we need more diamonds for trails like Treasure and Intestinal

Trail report = "Jun 23, 2015 Dusty slabs"
I'm thinking that the year round report could include "dusty/greasy slabs", as the main rock slab is always dirty, with a constant fresh supply sliding on to it.
That would be a rippin' rock section if it could stay clean....
