Nice mix of flow and tech in NW Sedona. Ride consists of two loops connected by Mescal so you get to do this amazing trail in both directions. Loops can be done either direction but I prefer clockwise.

Loose rock. Not that fun. Just good as connector.

Due to major flooding a couple of weeks ago the 9 or so river crossing are all washed out. Several of the old crossing points now have huge tree debris blocking the route making detours necessary. Virtually all the sandy\small rocks of the river bottoms are gone leaving large undulating rock piles. Managed to ride about 4 of the 9 but even those 4 prove problematic exiting the opposite bank due to accumulated deep soft sand and steep washed out sides. Will need a lot of compacting and riding over the cobbles to make it rideable again; maybe even some trail work needed here.
