 This was nice because it was not all up then all down like most local rides. Only issue was there is virtually no shade. Highly recommended for cooler weather.

      Sections of dirt, snow, ice, mud. Mostly snow. Entirely rideable on 2.4 tires, as there is no significant melting and mud.
