High Point

This lollipop loop starts at the Carr Feely TH. You can ride the loops in either direction but most people prefer descending Grouse Ridge Trail North--that means riding it in a northerly direction. The Sand Ridge-Glacier Lake loop is hard whichever ascent you choose and most will be doing substantial pushing. It is probably a little more rideable going ccw. Don't let the pushing deter you, though, because these are supreme beauty spots and there are sections of fun technical descending. Remember "Grouse miles are like dogs' years" so take more than one sandwich and plenty of hydration.
