Descending West Valley Trail is steep and technical in spots, and can get slippery. Also, taking your bike on the LSMRR is not officially offered as of Sept 2019 but this may change in the future.

I wanted to ride from West Duluth to Mission Creek to do some mountain bike riding, but wasnt sure I wanted to ride back, so I contacted the LSMRR scenic railroad, and they worked with me to catch the train at Boy Scout Landing and bring my bike on the train for the ride back to their station (6930 Fremont St).
