Börjar lättcyklat längs Spåret för att sedan gå in på snabb singeltrack och efter ett tag skogstig med inslag av stenar och rötter. Vänder vid Mölletorget och ansluter på Åsens lite tuffare hälft. En härlig utmaning som inte är alltför lång.
