This is the "Official" Bingsfoss SK - XCO course in Monsrud. It is a 100% singletrack route with lots of fun elements. Physically very demanding course, with lots of climbing and then what feels like a very short descent at the end - where you get absolutely no rest as it is both technical and steep.

Monsrudrunden is a 3 mile intermediate race route located near Sørumsand. This mountain bike primary route can be used both directions and has a moderate overall physical rating. This route includes 10 trails. This route climbs 299 ft with a max elevation of 887 ft then descends -298 ft.
