Rendezvous Enduro Course Description 2022

Course Description:

Transfer 1: JH Tram – 7:15 am – Load order will be Pro Male – Pro Female - Junior Male – Expert Male - Master Male – Expert Female - Master/Junior Female - Sport Male – Sport Female.

STAGE 1: 1.57 Miles. Start at the top of Rendezvous Mountain 10,450’. Proceed southwest along ridgeline and merge onto Rock Springs Overlook Trail. At 1 mile after short steep climb remain left across scree shortcut and dropping into Rock Springs Canyon. Continue east dropping off of two shelves to finish in valley below Spacewalk and Zero G.

Transfer 2: 0.9 Miles. Climb/hike a bike out of Rock Springs to base of Rendezvous bowl and proceed up service road to near top of Sublette Chair.

STAGE 2: 1.25 Miles. Cirque Trail down Tensleep bowl across Cirque. Short steep climb at .5 mile entering Headwall. Proceed down Cirque Trail on Headwall switchbacks finishing at Rendezvous Restaurant.

STAGE 3: 5 Miles. Start at Rendezvous Restaurant and descend Wildflower Trail to Casper Restaurant, jump onto Hoback Trail descending to finish at top of Union Pass Lift.

Transfer 3: 1 Mile. Ride down Tram Line Trail to Lucky Charm to base area and load Sweetwater Gondola.

STAGE 4: 0.8 Miles. Begin at base of Casper Lift and descend Dirty Hairy. Finish below wood bridge over Lucky Charm before trail intersection.

Detailed Description
Montana Enduro Series: Rendezvous Enduro 2022 is a 14 mile intermediate race route located near Teton Village Wyoming. This mountain bike only route. This route includes 3 trails. This route climbs 2,885 ft with a max elevation of 10,407 ft then descends -5,371 ft.

Trail Hoback
Great grade for climbing but not really technical or flowy on the way down. A couple of tight spots with exposure and tall rocks that make dicey areas for an unfortunate pedal strike. Plenty of views that make it worth it.
