This is a challenging whole mountain loop of LandTrust and Monte Sano trails including Flatrock. There are plenty of rocks, small water crossings in wet seasons and some overgrowth in the remote open areas. Flatrock is a seasonal trail that is mostly off the park boundary and is posted closed during hunting season in the Fall and can get overgrown and blocked by downed trees for long periods of time. The alternate to Flatrock route is to take Goat Trail, Keiths, Logan's Point, Mountain Mist to Bankhead and back to Landtrust Parking lot. (see Monte Sano - Whole Enchilada)
