 Trailforks is estimating climbing vert at 1200m. I estimate it is likely just about 1000m. People's Strava's from last year on the same course (different order) seem to confirm this.

I have cleared fallen trees from Tootheless entrance to Elbow Valley intersection (and to the creek bed) and it is now clear for riding in that section with the exception of one bridge near the bottom being decommissioned for safety reasons. There is a ride-around for this bridge. Snow was about 15cm deep and unpacked at the time, but only needs a little traffic and it will be good to go.
