This is a very challenging 41 mile ride that feels much longer. It is generally comprised of six loops of escalating difficulty. The ride starts on easy dirt roads and is suited for even beginners who can bail out on the first 'circle'. There are five bailout points prior to attempting to take on the Sixth Circle.

Bailouts:

Circle 1: At 1.9 miles, continue on the dirt roads keeping the pond on your left by always taking lefts on the dirt road (do not follow the route into the single track). This will yield a mellow 4 mile ride.

Circle 2: At 4.6 miles, stay left/straight and cross Brick Kiln Rd and continue on the route south. This will yield a ride of about 8.1 miles.

Circle 3: At 8.7 miles, continue straight across the dirt road and follow for one tenth instead of turning right on the dirt road. This will yield a ride of about 14 miles.

Circle 4: At 12.1 miles, if you do not dare enter the fifth circle, then do not cross Route 151 and head back south. This yields a ride just under 20 miles.

Circle 5: At mile 31.3, to bailout and skip the sixth circle, turn left and follow the road by the Water Department building keeping Long Pond on your left and Grews Pond on your right back to the start.

Turn right to continue on to the Sixth and final circle.

Keep in mind that all the loops are counter-clockwise so if the route overlaps at any point, stay right.

Good luck!
