High Point

A longer classic loop in the Rattlesnake. Ride time 2-3 hours with long climbs, technical descending, and some great views. The high point is known as Snowbowl Overlook as you're looking at the local ski hill across Grant Creek.

Mostly free and clear to Franklin bridge without any pushing. All but a few snow patches have receded. Beyond the bridge you can get about a mile of pedaling before more snow patches pop up.

The lower part of the trail is finally drying out. It's clear and ideal from the corridor to Wallman. There's rideable snow patches and one very large tree down between Wallman and the Overlook junction.

95% dry, a few small patches of mud and ice on the climb in the trees.

Snow is mostly gone except on a few of the hard corners. The 2nd & 3rd trees mentioned in previous report are still there. The big one will definitely take some work to clear, and will take a few minutes to get through on a bike before it’s cleared.
