An all blue warm-up to Squamish's best flow trails - well-suited to those new to west coast riding. Route starts up Legacy Climbing Trail, a really good uphill route. After a very short fire road section, descend down Upper Half Nelson and flow right into Half Nelson all the way to the initial start point on gorgeous manicured trails that can be flowed or doubled-up and shredded. From start point, ride up access road (or re-trace Legacy Climbing Trail again) to the start of Stl'halem Sint'l, a newly-created climbing trail that brings the rider to nearly the highest point in the Diamond Head riding area. A short access road connects on to another newly-created trail, Meadow of the Grizzly, an over 4km long machine-groomed flow trail descent. After the end of Grizzly, a short access road section takes the rider to the top of the Pseudo-Tsuga trails. A bit rougher than the machine-built trails, Pseudo-Tsuga brings the rider down to the lower parking lot. The rider can either grind up Garibaldi Park Road or pedal up the Stl'halem Sint'l trail that starts at the lower parking lot. A sweet welcome to Squamish intermediate riding!

Tree down at the end of the balance beam area, needs a saw as a bit too big too move any other way! Otherwise dry and rideable with a small amount of mud under the bridge.
