A ~100 km Double Crown on Fromme and Seymour with ~3000m of climbing, on over 100 North Shore trails (either complete trails as mapped by Trailforks, or partial but significant portions of trails).
The hard part of designing a 100km route is to keep the amount of climbing less than 3000m, so there are many km's of urban trails and paved bike path to provide some recovery, and to not redo the same climbs over and over (there a far fewer ways up than down).
