A good introduction to the Oil Well Flats trail system. Get the best of everything with just a little bit of overlapping trails.

This route starts at the lower trailhead, taking Tectonic Shift up to the Anticline connector, up Fire Canyon, taking Island in the Sky clockwise, then climbing Fire Canyon again to take Unconformity counter-clockwise. The route then takes Anticline clockwise, climbs back up part of Unconformity, and takes flowy Fracture down, pretty much to the parking lot again. All trails are non-directional, but this particular route gives you plenty of fun per mile.
