Since it opened in 2016, Down Tube has quickly become a favourite. You'll hear most local riders saying that if you can only ride one trail in Terrace, it has to be Down Tube.

To give your legs a good warm up and work out, park at the Johnstone trailhead and ride Flathead until you hit the junction with Down Tube. Let 'er rip and take Hatchet Boy & T2 back to the Flathead junction. Ride Flathead back down the way you came up to get back to your car.

Tree down at end of trail. (Where flathead meets hiking trail). Branches accross trail could easily be removed with a pull saw. I snapped as much as I could off. There is a sneak route now, but it’s on a down slope, so be mindful.

There was a tree down about 200m up from the parking area. I was able to move it off the trail. All clear now, but be careful out there.
