Entire length was rideable, a bit sandier towards the end. Very warm day with no wind. Be prepared to have plenty of water and pace yourself up this section. Too bad they can’t figure out a better route back from the valley, it’s quite a slog after all the fun parts of the previous section.

Trail is in good shape overall. There are a couple small spots on the switchbacks where the trail has narrowed because of use/erosion but they are minor, easily rideable, but more something to watch for.
